"I started my career in the leasing business with my father here in 1969. In 1978 I bought the dealership from my Dad and have loved nearly every minute of this fast paced and exciting business. My son Ryan joined me in 2006 and he brings a new element of high tech enthusiasm to Davidson Chrysler Dodge. In my precious spare time I enjoy golfing, fly fishing, cooking as well as adventure trips to remote areas in the world. My door is always open and I welcome our customers anytime for a visit and a coffee!"




Jim Davidson established Jim Davidson Motors in July 1949. He believed when you sold someone a vehicle, you made a friend and you should always treat your friends the way you would want to be treated. This belief has brought about strong commitment to doing things perfectly. We fix it right the first time every time and provide our customers with an experience that consistently satisfies their needs and exceeds their expectations. The fact that we have children and grandchildren of original customers still shopping at Davidson today proves the success of our commitment to delighting each and every customer.

Though we are now a fourth generation dealership, we have not forgotten the foundation of the business, and our commitment to excellence has never been stronger. In 1999 we became ISO 9002 certified and followed this achievement by earning the prestigious Five Star certification in 2000.
